Character Concepts 1

I had to submit something. But here, these are two characters of mine I'm working on in my head. I'm making a story involving them which is somewhat frustrating because I was never much of a storyteller. They don't have any "official" names, but I've sort of nicknamed the left one "Neconeer" and the right fella "purrgular"...yeaaaaaaaaah. Kill me before I make any more horrible names.

Small Bio:
"Neconeer" is a serious cat. He doesn't mess around that much, if at all, and he has a very dry and somewhat bland sense of humor. He's also not that sociable. He mostly keeps quiet because he doesn't know how to properly act around others besides his brother. He speaks in short sentences: "Gotta do this." "Not helping." "Weather's hot." and so on so forth. While his sociability is lacking, he makes up for it in intelligence. He works with machinery as best as he can (hence the "neer" in "Neconeer", it's short for engineer) however his progress is hindered by his massive mechanical arms, a gift from his brother "Purrgular". The arms were a result of his unfortunate error by walking on enemy street territory and he had his arms torn off above the elbow because he got caught (the mech-arms run the entirety of his arm, fasten at the shoulder, and connect together at his chest and back). He has a somewhat-short temper and doesn't keep a good sleep schedule.

"Purrgular" is the near opposite of his brother. While his brother isn't great at talking to others, "Purrgular" here enjoys being social. He always goes up to others with a wide and slightly devious smile. His smile hardly ever falters unless he's surprised or truly upset. He makes a living for he and his brother by either stealing and reselling items, or pawning off the trinkets he finds around town and stores inside his belt and coat pockets. He has a very long fuse; he rarely gets angry and when he does it's for good reason. The only cat he cares for is "Neconeer" and when he had his arms torn, he spent all of his time stealing and pawning items to get enough cash to at least get something functional. He's an arrogant fellow and believes he's the best thing to exist since canned tuna. (hahacatpun) If he's not stealing he's sleeping or eating. He speaks normally but throws in large words in his speech to sound smart.

...Ended up writing an essay up there. Ah well, that's all the traits I came up with so far. I'm still fleshing them out and changing their designs as time goes on.
